Presented by Al-Qadriyyah
Welcome
This page has been prepared to support the message of Khatm‑e‑Nubuwwah shared at the National Conference and through the leaflet you have received.
Belief in the finality of the Prophethood of Sayyiduna Muhammad ﷺ is a foundational belief of Islam, unanimously upheld by the Ummah from the time of the Companions until today.
What Khatm‑e‑Nubuwwah Means
- Sayyiduna Muhammad ﷺ is the last and final Prophet of Allah.
- No prophet, law‑bearing or otherwise, can come after him.
- This belief is established by the Qur’an, authentic Hadith, and scholarly consensus.
This belief safeguards the integrity of Islamic faith and preserves the final divine message.
From the Quran
“Muhammad ﷺ is not the father of any of your men, but the Messenger of Allah and the Seal of the Prophets.” (Surah al‑Ahzab 33:40)
From the Hadith
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ stated clearly and repeatedly that prophethood has ended with him, leaving no room for reinterpretation or symbolic redefinition.
Conensus
The Companions, the four Sunni schools of law, and generations of scholars agree unanimously that prophethood has concluded with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.
