What Is Dawah?
Dawah — the Arabic word for “invitation” — is the act of calling people towards Islam with wisdom, compassion, and sincerity. It is a duty upon every Muslim to convey the message of their faith in the best possible manner.
Allah ﷺ says in the Holy Qur’an:
“Invite to the way of your Lord with wisdom and good instruction, and argue with them in the best manner.”
Surah An-Nahl, 16:125
