Premises & Attendance Management
The charity will operate activities in small groups appropriate to the size of the premises. Attendance will be managed through advance registration, booking systems and controlled entry where necessary.
Where demand exceeds the safe working capacity of the premises, the charity will:
- Repeat the activity over several sessions
- Divide participants into smaller groups
- Provide online participation
- Stagger arrival and departure times
- Hire a larger external venue for conferences and major community events
Final occupancy will always be subject to the premises’ current fire-risk assessment, approved escape arrangements, room layout, accessibility requirements and any capacity specified by the landlord, fire-risk assessor or relevant authority.
